摘要
人口老龄化是社会发展的必然结果,我国已成为人口老龄化国家。人口老龄化加重了社会负担,并在社会服务、社会伦理道德、老年人的心理需求等方面造成了一定影响。为解决人口老龄化造成的社会影响,成人教育可采取以下应对策略:完善社会保障机制和国家法律制度、通过技能培训促进农村剩余劳动力向城市的转移、增强全社会的养老意识和法制意识、构建多层次的老年学专业人才培养体系、积极开展老年教育等。
The aging population is the corollary of social development. China has become a country of population aging. It aggravated the social burden. It has had certain influence on the social services, social ethics morals, the elderly psychological requests and so on. In order to solve the social concern caused by aging population, adult education can adopt the following： perfect the social guarantee mechanism and state law system, promote the transformation of surplus rural labor forces to the city through skills training, strengthen the entire society to care for the aged consciousness and the legal system consciousness, construct multi-level gerontology specialized personnel＇ s cultivation system, and launch old education actively.
