师徒对接教学法解决了专业课中理论与实践脱节的难题,丰富了职业教育教学形式。它是一种平等式的教育,是一种情感式的教育,是一种师生像师徒一样通过"零距离"的情感交融,并通过各种案例的设计,依次展开帮教,使学生有强烈的感官认识,同时结合实际项目,从而充分掌握建筑装饰预算的技巧。通过对师徒对接教学法理论基础、实践条件及实际应用的分析,说明其在职业教育教学实践过程的新思路、新探索。
The teaching modes of master-prentice partnership solves the puzzles of theory-practice divorcement. It is a kind of equal education as well as sensible education. This article analyses the theory foundation and application of the teaching modes of master-prentice partnership and then study the new approach in the practice of vocational education.
