摘要 目的:建立无花果叶中补骨脂素的含量测定方法,以服务于今后的资源开发。方法:采用RPHPLC法,色谱柱KromacilC18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相甲醇:水(58:32),流速0.8mL/min,检测波长246nm,进样量80μL。结果:在1.256~125.6 μg/mL范围内,补骨脂素浓度与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999)。同一采集时间、同一树枝的不同叶片中补骨脂素的含量存在明显差异。结论:本文所建立的方法简便,重现性好,可用于无花果叶中补骨脂素的含量测定;无花果叶中补骨脂素含量因叶而异。 Objective: To establish an assay method for psoralen in fig leaves for further resource development. Methods: RP-HPLC method was adopted with Kromacil C18 column (150 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μm),methanol water (58 : 32) as mobile phase at flow rate of 0.8 mL/min and 246 nm as detecting wavelength. Results: The linear range of psoralen was 1. 256-125.6 μg/mL(r=0. 999 9). There was apparent difference in psoralen content between different leaves of the same branch at the same collecting time. Conclusion: The method, which is simple with good reproducibility, can be applied in the assay of psoralen in fig leaves. The content of psoralen varies in different fig leaves.
