Establishment of Rapid Propagation System of Eucalyptus citriodora by Tissue Culture

摘要 以柠檬桉(Euclyptus citriodora)优株促萌芽嫩枝为外植体,进行组培再生植株的研究。在改良MS+BA1.5mg/LNAA0.05mg/L+VC15mg/L+VB2 20mg/L上培养,芽增殖系数3.6;单芽在1/2改良MS+NAA0.8~1.1mg/L+IBA1.1~1.4mg/L上生根率69.4%以上移栽成活率65%~70%。 The tender sprouts of superior Eucalyptus citriodora were used as explants to study the tissue culture regeneration system of Eucalyptus citriodora. Results showed that propagation coefficient could reach 3.36 after culture on medium with MS+BA 1.5 mg/L+ NAA 0.05mg/L + VC 15 mg/L+ VB2 20 mg/L; rooting rate was 69.4% on medium with 1/2 improved MS + NAA0.8--1.1 mg,C,+ IBA 1.1-1.4 mg/L; survival rate of transplanting was 65 % - 70 %.
