摘要 为解决数字测图的内外业一体及目前常用数字测图模式的不足的问题,采用嵌入式开发工具EVC3.0及AutoCAD开发工具Visual Lisp开发了掌上电子平板测图系统。该系统可运行于Windows CE平台的PDA中,通过串口通信线能够实时控制全站仪进行碎部点观测并将数据保存与显示,实现现场编辑成图,内业工作中,图形信息可直接转换为DWG格式数字地形图。论文研究了掌上电子平板测图系统所应具备的基本功能及各功能在设计与实现时所采用的关键技术,对相关系统开发具有一定参考价值。 After the PDA based on Windows CE appears, a lot of surveying and mapping workers looks upon it as the ideal outside data collect implement. Aim at the advantage of PDA and the shortage of the current common in use digital mapping method, it have been to be a new development direction to develop the new digital mapping system based on PDA. This thesis studied the basic function that the digital mapping system base on PDA should have, further more, it researched the key technique when each function was being designed and realized. In the end, the author Implemented of the system in all functional modules by use of the embedded programming tool EVC3.0 and AutoCAD's exploitation implement Visual LISP.
