摘要
为了解决六西格玛DMAIC模型定义阶段存在的弱点,采用了发明问题解决理论TRIZ和问题分析与决策理论Kepner-Tregoe的状况评估模式以探查定义问题过程中的创新机会和有效地识别"正确"的问题。建立了使用六西格玛DMAIC模型定义问题的新流程,改进了六西格玛定义阶段存在的弱点。用一个实例说明了应用新流程定义问题的过程和方法,并证明了新流程定义问题的有效性。
In order to solve the weaknesses of defining phase of six sigma DMAIC model, the theory of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) and the situation appraisal (SA) mode of problem analysis and decision-making theory of Kepner-Tregoe were employed, and hereby to ascertain innovation opportunity in the process of defining problems and to identify the "right" problems effectively. The new :flow of defining problems of using six sigma DMAIC model was established, and the weakness of define phase of six sigma DMAIC model was improved. The process and method of applying the new flow to define problems are explained with an example and the effectiveness of defining problems with the new flow is proved.
