摘要
亚致死剂量的^(60)Coγ线反复照射可以引起小鼠造血系统的长期性功能低下。在4.0Gyγ线三次或五次照射后两个月,给小鼠用从银耳中提取出来的一种制剂-银耳孢糖治疗,可以使股骨中造血干细胞(CFU-S)数上升至正常或接近正常的水平,内源性脾结节和脾重也显著升高。由于残留损伤小鼠造血功能变化与再生障碍性贫血病人比较相似,银耳孢糖也可能对再障病人有一定治疗作用。
Hematopoietic residual injury, which is identified by the permanentdefect of the blood forming system. could be induced in mice by repeated sublethal^(60)Coγ-ray exposures. The number of hematopoietic stem cells (CFU-S) in mousefemora could be enhanced to a normal or near normal level if the 3 or 5 doses of4.0 Gy irradiated mice were treated with a preparation extracted from an edible fun-gus Tremella Fuciformis Berk (TFP) 2 months after the irradiation. The number ofendogenous spleen colonies and the spleen weight also increased markedly after thetreatment. Because of the similarity found in the changes of hematopoietic functionsbetween the mice of residual injury and the patients of aplastic anemia, it is suggestedthat TFP may be useful to the patients of such blood disorder.
