多粒度语言下基于TOPSIS第三方物流服务商选择 被引量:2

摘要 为了解决模糊环境下的第三方物流服务商选择问题,构建了基于战略联盟关系导向的评价指标体系,针对评价过程中决策群体内评估专家模糊语言变量不一致的情况,利用一致化转换函数将不同语言粒度的评价信息转化为基本语义集上的系列模糊集,采用面积中心法进行解模糊化,得到各方案对各指标评的定值,最后采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS)对备选物流服务商进行最终排序。算例应用表明,此方法具有可行性和有效性,在一定程度上使第三方物流服务商的选择更加客观。 In order to select a third-party logistics provider under the vague environment, the evaluation index is established for strategic alliance. In view of the difference of decision makers' linguistic, the uniformization function is used to transform the multi-granular linguistic of decision makers into a series of fuzzy sets on the basic linguistic term set. Then, the Center of Area Method is adopted to get a precise number of each alternative for every index. Finally, the TOPSIS is taken to rank alternatives. The application example shows that the method is feasible and effective and it makes the selection more objective.
