摘要
壳聚糖(CTS)与水杨醛反应制得壳聚糖衍生物(RS-CTS),在碱性条件下羧甲基化得羧甲基壳聚糖衍生物(RS-CMC).制备RS-CMC和碘的络合物(RS-CMC-I2),UV光谱、IR谱对RS-CMC进行了表征.分析RS-CMC与碘络合物的抑菌性质,其对细菌敏感度为高度敏感.
Chitosan derivative (RS-CTS) was obtained by chitosan with salicylaldehyde. Carboxymethyl chitosan derivative(RS-CMC) was prepared by carboxymethl reaction in alkaline condition. The complex compound of RS-CMC with the iodine was synthesized and characterized by UV spectrum and IR spectrum. The bacteriostasis of the complex compound (RS-CMC-I2) was analysed. The bacteriostasis degree of RS-CTS-I2 is high sensitive grade.
