摘要
乙蒜·暗罗素是江苏丘陵地区镇江农业科学研究所开发的植物源类复配制剂,通过与几种植物源杀菌剂室内生测和田间防治试验表明,对草莓白粉病菌抑制作用从高到低为:乙蒜·暗罗素〉暗罗素〉蛇床子素〉乙蒜素〉细辛提取物,以乙蒜·暗罗素复配剂病情指数最低,防效最好。室内生物测定,乙蒜·暗罗素复配剂有效浓度2000~4000倍液,防效85.64%~88.72%.2000倍高于4000倍防效,但差异不显著。与其他几种植物源药剂防效差异均为极显著;田间防治草莓白粉病,25%乙蒜·暗罗素WP200倍和400倍浓度,7d防效82.03%~83.43%,10d防效72.69%~73.56%,两浓度间差异也不显著,而极显著于其他几种植物源农药单剂。
Zhenjiang Institute of Agricultural Sciences in Hilly Region of Jiangsu developed ethylicinzincpolyanemine that is a type of botanical mixture. Compared with several botanical fungicides in indoor bioassay and field control tests, the results show that the inhibitions of S. aphanis are ethyliein-zinepolyanemine〉 zincpolyanemine 〉 osthole 〉 ethylicin 〉 Herba asari extracted from high to low, ethylicinzincpolyanemine with minimum disease index and the best control effect; the effect is 85.64--88.72% when the effective concentration is 2 000--4 000 times in indoor bioassay, 2 000 times higher than the 4 000 effect, but not significant, very significant effect compared with several other botanical pharmaceuticals. In the field, applying 200 times and 400 times 25 % zincpolyanemine-ethylicin WP, 7d effect is 82.03 % 83.43 %, 10d is 72.69 % --73.56 %, the effect between them is not significant, but is very significant with several other botanical pharmaceuticals.
