摘要
本研究探讨了以贵州野生松乳菇为原料提取水溶性多糖的最佳工艺条件。结果表明,温度90℃、浸提时间3 h、料液比1∶30、次数3次为提取松乳菇多糖的最佳工艺条件,在此条件下提取率达7.55%。
In this paper an experiment is designed to study the technical condition for the extraction of water soluble polysaccharide from the Lactarius delicious( L. :Fr)Gray. The results showed that the optimum technological conditions are solid - liquid ratio 1 : 30, temperature 90 ℃, the total time 3 hrs and extracting times 3. The extraction rate can be up to 7.55%.
