摘要
针对治疗股骨头坏死髓芯减压术中要求手术切口小且只暴露出大转子部位的问题,设计了一种基于点和面特征相结合的方法.该方法将配准过程分为两步实现,即点对点配准和ICP配准,提高了配准精度.在基于VTK平台环境下,开发了手术导航软件,并使用一根股骨进行了模型实验.结果表明,目标配准误差为2.137 mm,能够满足手术对精度的要求.
Due to the demand of minimal invasion and only trochanter major being exposed, a method for registration was introduced and realized by two steps, Point-to-Point registration and ICP algorithm. An experimental software for IGS was developed on the basis of VTK. As a result of the experiment, the registration error reveals to be 2. 137 mm.
