摘要
针对髋关节表面置换术(FHR)对手术的要求较高,传统的器械辅助易于导致假体植入位置的不确定性,并且需要相当的时间才能将假体植入到正确的位置,建立了股骨头和股骨颈的数学模型,并开发了髋关节表面置换手术导航系统.在该系统的帮助下,全髋关节置换的可视化和中心孔定位针的植入能够容易实现.实验结果表明,本文开发的FHR手术导航系统是准确、快速施行髋关节表面置换术的实用手术工具.
Femoral head resurfacing (FHR) is more difficult than THR, and the mechanical jigs routinely used to align the implant produce significant variability in implant placement and take a significant amount of time to position them properly. This paper is concerned with the construction of mathematical model of femoral head and neck and a computer-assisted femoral head resurfacing system. With the aid of this software, the visualization and pin placement can be easily achieved. The experimental results show that the FHR system provides a useful tool for performing the femoral head resurfacing surgery quickly and accurately.
