艾叶、苍术在香蕉组培苗工厂化生产车间的空气消毒应用研究 被引量:9

摘要 采用我国特有的中草药艾叶、苍术对香蕉组培生产培养车间进行空气熏蒸消毒灭菌试验。结果显示,艾叶用量为1.0~3.0g/m^3时的灭菌率为57.1%~59.5%,苍术用量为2.0g/m^3时的灭菌率为62.5%,消毒前后室内含菌量差异显著;艾叶对霉菌的灭杀效果比对细菌的好,而苍术对细菌的灭杀效果则优于对霉菌的效果;连续4年的生产应用证明,艾叶熏蒸消毒灭菌技术对香蕉组培苗工厂化生产的污染控制效果明显,4年中香蕉组培苗的污染率降低了60.9%。试验结果表明,艾叶、苍术熏蒸灭菌消毒技术是目前常用消毒方法理想的替代品,是植物组培生产中又一种新的空气熏蒸消毒技术。 Artemsia argyi and Atractylodes lancea were selected to conduct air fumigation test in banana tissue culture production workshop. The results showed that the sterilization rate was 57.1%-59.5 % with Artemsia argyi at the concentration of 1.0-3.0g/m^3. The sterilization rate was 62.5% with Artemsia argyi at the concentra- tion of 2.0g/m^3. The indoor bacterial content had significant difference before and after the disinfection. The Artemsia argyi had better disinfection effect on mold than on bacteria. However, Atractylodes lancea was the contrary. The consecutive 4 years production application proved that fumigation disinfection technique with Artemsia argyi had an obvious control effects on the pollution produced by banana tissue culture production workshop, the pollution rate of banana tissue culture decreased 60. 9% in 4 years. The results showed that as a new air fumigation disinfection technique for the plant culture production, Artemsia argyi and Atractylodes lancea would be the suitable substitute of common disinfection methods.
