新型干法旋窑水泥生产线工人粉尘接触量情况调查

Investigation on cement dust exposure in the workers at cement production line of new dry method rotational kiln

目的了解新型干法旋窑水泥生产线防尘效果。方法现场调查企业的一般情况,按国家相关检测标准检测各工种作业工人接触粉尘浓度。结果不同工种接触粉尘浓度有较大的差异,水泥分厂工人粉尘浓度合格率显著低于矿山分厂和制造分厂,包装工和搬运工粉尘浓度合格率为0,水泥磨巡检工、石灰石破碎巡检工、立磨巡检工和汽、火散工合格率为50%～70%,驾驶员、窑巡检工、煤磨巡检工和中控操作员合格率在80%以上。结论包装、发运岗位是粉尘的关键控制点,水泥分厂作业工人为粉尘危害重点监护对象。

Objective To study the dust prevention effect of new dry method rotational kiln in the production line of cement manufactory. Methods The general circumstance of the enterprise on the spot was investigated, and the dust concentrations that the workers would be exposed to in different workplaces were detected based on the relevant national standards. Results The result showed that dust concentrations in different types of work were siguificantly different, the passed rate of dust concentration in cement branch factory was markedly lower than those in mineral branch factory and production branch manufactory. The passed rates of dust concentration in the posts of packing and transporting were 0, while those in cement milling and inspectors were between 50%-70% and in drivers, kiln inspectors, coal milling inspectors or operators were above 80%. Conclusion The posts of packing and carrying are the key control points for cement dust, and the workers in cement branch factory should be the key guarded objectives for dust exposure protection.
