摘要
运用高效液相色谱分析方法对9个柑桔品种不同部位(种子、果皮及果汁)的柚皮苷含量进行测定,并通过数学统计的方法对相同部位的9种不同柑桔品种的柚皮苷含量差异性进行分析,结果大部分品种间差异达到了极显著水平。
HPLC method was used to determine the naringin content in dif- ferent tissues （seed, pericarp and juice） of 9 kinds of citrus, and the difference of the naringin content in the same tissue among 9 kinds of citrus was analyzed by statistical method. The discrepancy in most of the varieties is significance.
