EST对急性胆源性胰腺炎的临床分析

目的比较早期EST治疗ABP与常规治疗结果的差异。方法回顾性分析我院48例临床确诊为急性胆源性胰腺炎作早期EST治疗的结果。结果48例采用EST治疗,34例采用常规治疗,早期内镜下行EST比较常规组的腹痛消失时间、血尿淀粉酶恢复正常时间,住院时间明显降低。结论急性胆源性胰腺炎在内镜下行EST治疗较常规方法疗效显著。

Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of endoscopic sphincterotomy （EST）with that of routine treatment in dealing with actue hilogenic panereatitis（ ABP）. Methods The therapic consequence that clinical date of 48 patient with ABP by clinical definite patients treated from Oct 2003 to Oct 2006 were analycd retrospetively. Results Fourty-eight eases of ABP were given EST while thirty-four received routine treatment. Patients treated with EST had quicker recovery, shorter average slay higher cure rate include of abodominal pain extinction time, Bloody urine amylase recovery normal time, length of stay cut down. Conclusion Endoscopic sphincterotomy treatment for ABP is safe and effective method.
