冠状动脉PCI术后患者汶川地震应激影响研究

The research of the impact on Wenchuan earthquake stress to the patients after coronary artery stenting operation.

目的研究汶川大地震所致应激状态下冠状动脉PCI术后患者的心血管系统变化。方法对地震重灾区震前行冠状动脉PCI术的患者进行随访,对比震前震后患者心血管指标。结果地震应激状态下使PCI术后患者HR、SBP和DBP较震前明显升高,而EF未发生明显变化,震后未正规服用β-受体阻滞剂患者HR、SBP、DBP和EF比正规服药患者升高明显。结论地震应激对冠状动脉PCI术后患者有不良影响,不正规服药患者影响明显。

Objective Research the impact on wenchuan earthquake stress to the patients after coronary artery stenting operation.Methods Follow up the patients that had coronary artery stenfing operating before Wenchuan earthquake,contrast their HR,SBP, DBP and EF before and after earthquake. Results The patients＇HR, SBP and DBP after earthquake are higher than before earthquake, but the EF have no change. The HR, SBP, DBP and EF of the patients that had not take β-blocker are higher than that took medicine regularly. Conclusion The earthquake stress had harmful effects to the patients after coronary artery stenting operation, especially to the patients who took medicine irregularly.
