摘要
目的对显微神经外科技术切除椎管内神经鞘瘤64例进行经验总结。方法64例神经鞘瘤患者均采用显微外科手术切除，术后随访3个月．3年。结果64例患者肿瘤全切，神经功能完全改善58例，显著改善3例，明显改善3例。无恶化和死亡患者，复发1例。结论采用显微外科技术切除椎管内神经鞘瘤是首选和疗效可靠的治疗方法。
Objective Analysis of 64 cases of resection of schwannoma in vertebral canal. Methods 64 cases of schwannoma was resected through microoperation, with following observation of 3 months-3years. Results 64 cases was resected completely,58 cases was functionally cured, 3 cases got better, 3 cases got better obviously, no death occurred. 1 case recurred. Conclusion The treatment of intravertebral schwannoma resection with microsurgical technic is the first and reliable choice.
