护理干预对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病康复期患者肺功能的影响

Effect of nursing intervention to lung function of COPD patients on stable stage.

目的探讨护理干预对改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)康复期患者肺功能的作用。方法对60例COPD康复期患者采取综合性的护理干预手段,对比护理干预前后患者各项指标的变化情况。结果60例患者经护理干预后,肺功能指标、气短症状、日常生活能力、血气分析及呼吸、脉搏情况均较护理干预前有显著性改善(P<0.05)。结论全面系统的综合性护理干预手段能够明显改善COPD康复期患者的肺功能,提高生活质量,对于巩固治疗成果起到了重要作用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention to lung function of COPD patients on stable stage. Methotis Integrative nursing intervention ways were taken to 60 COPD convalescent patients. Compare the indexes before nursing intervention with those after nursing intervention. Results After nursing intervention, lung function indexes, the breathe hard symptom, ADL scores blood gas analysis,breath and pulse of these 60 patients had been improved more obviously than those before nursing intervention（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrative nursing intervention ways can improve the lung function of COPD patients on stable stage obviously. They also can make important function to strengthen the therapy achievement.
