摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备出一种光动力学药物磁性SiO2载药微球复合体.制备出的磁性载药微球基本为圆形,直径大约为30~50nm.通过观察紫外图谱,可以证实药物被包裹在微球中,利用紫外标准曲线估测其包封率为22.03%.利用对-亚硝基二甲基苯胺(RNO)的脱色反应检测光动力学效应,RNO在440nm处的紫外吸收值的下降表明光动力学药物在发挥作用.试验结果表明,这种磁性SiO2载药微球在光动力学治疗方面有着潜在的应用.
Magnetic SiOznanocarriers consisting of a novel photodynamic drug were synthesized by sol-gel method. These magnetic nanocarriers were approximately spherical, with an average size in 30 - 50 nm. By observing the UV-vis spectra, it was conformed that the drug was enwrapped in the magnetic nanocarriers, and the envelopment efficiency was about 22. 03% estimated by UV calibration curve. N, N- Dimethyl-4-nitrosoaniline (RNO) was used as a selective scavenger to measure the effect of photodynamics, the decrease in the absorption peak of RNO at 440 nm approved that the photodynamic drug was working effectively. The results showed that these magnetic SiO2 nanocarriers may have potential application in photodynamic therapy.
