摘要 为了分析火炮发射时高温高压火药气体瞬态冲击作用对复合材料身管的影响,对已设计的复合材料身管瞬态温度场和应力场采用有限元数值方法进行直接耦合分析,讨论复合材料身管在考虑温度变化情况下的应力分布,并对其强度进行校核。结果表明对复合材料身管强度进行分析时热应力和连发影响不可忽略,已设计加工的复合材料身管满足强度要求,为实验的可行性提供了理论计算依据,为复合材料身管的综合优化设计提供了参考。 In order to analyse the influence of the transient impact of powder gas with high temperature and high pressure on the composite materials barrel, this paper studies the transient temperature field and the stress of the designed composite materials barrels using direct coupling finite element method . The stress distribution of the composite materials barrels are discussed about the temperature change and its strength analysis. The computation results show that when analyzing strength, the thermal load and the burst influence of the composite materials barrels can not be neglected, and the designed barrel can meet the strength requirements. These provide the theoretical basis for experimental feasibility and the reference for the synthetic optimization design of composite materals barrels.
