我国高校图书馆对外开放性的探讨

高校图书馆是高校进行知识创新和为知识创新服务的重要场所,但时下高校图书馆的对外开放却受到了制度属性因素、政策栓塞因素、管理方式因素等的限制,没有充分发挥其服务功能。要实现具有现代特色的开放,需注意提高高校图书馆的综合实力,建立齐抓共管机制、借鉴国外先进经验诸方面的工作。

The academic library is the important place where it carries on the knowledge innovation and serves for the knowledge innovation, but today the academic library＇s opening to the public is limited by the factors of the system, policy and manner of management, and doesn＇t display its service function fully. To show the modem characteristics of openness, it must be improved the comprehensive strength of the academic library, establishes the mechanism of the public participation and draw on the foreign advanced experience.
