摘要
参考咨询与信息服务关注的是当今图书馆参考咨询服务的营销。以此,对图书馆虚拟参考咨询营销的特征进行分析,并结合图书馆虚拟参考咨询实践,提出营销组合若干策略,以期促进图书馆参考咨询服务稳定、可持续的发展。
Integrated marketing thinking of the introduction of the Virtual Reference Service, the Virtual Reference Service to expand marketing.
