双乙酸钠的醋酸钠-醋酸法合成研究 被引量:5

摘要 以醋酸和三水醋酸钠为原料,在无溶剂的条件下制备双乙酸钠,系统地研究了原料配比、反应时间和水含量等因素对产品质量及收率的影响;得到的优化工艺条件如下:n(醋酸)∶n(醋酸钠)=1.1∶1,反应时间为30 min,水的质量分数为10%,产物收率为96%以上,产品质量达到美国食品级标准。 Sodium diacetate was synthesized from sodium acetate trihydrate and acetic acid without any solvent. The effects of the component ratio, reaction temperature, time and water content on the product yield and quality have been discussed and the optimum technological conditions have been obtained. The optimum conditions by orthogonal design were determined as follows: the ratio of acetic acid to sodium acetate trihydrate 1.1 : 1(molar), reaction time 30 min,water content 10%. The product quality was up to FAO standard and the yield over 96%.
