小剂量中子刺激对中华绒螯蟹扣蟹抗逆能力的影响 被引量:2

摘要 针对甲壳类动物不具备特异性免疫系统的特点,采用小剂量中子刺激的物理方法启动和调节中华绒螯蟹的生化非特异性免疫,提高其抗逆能力。研究小剂量中子刺激处理中华绒螯蟹大眼幼体后,中华绒螯蟹体内蛋白质含量、蛋白质中的巯基含量、谷胱甘肽含量、自由基水平的变化,以期探索小剂量中子刺激处理对中华绒螯蟹抗逆能力的影响。结果表明,小剂量中子刺激处理后,中华绒螯蟹体内蛋白质含量比对照提高4.99%~22.69%,蛋白质中的巯基(-SH)含量提高23.40%~69.59%,谷胱甘肽提高8.77%~28.58%,自由基水平降低7.67%~32.86%。在试验过程中,对照蟹发生颤抖病,处理蟹未发生蟹病。在处理塘中中华绒螯蟹扣蟹生长快,规格整齐,抗逆能力明显增强。 This paper dealt with Eriocheir sinensis by method of stimulating and regulating with small dose neutron for improving their adversity resistance. In order to make clear that the effect of small dose neutron on the resistance, Eriocheir sinensis treated by small dose neutron, in which the contents of protein,-SH, GSH, and free radical level might have been changed,were tested. In conclusion, there were great variations of those contents or level in worked Eriocheir sinensis. The contents of protein, -SH, and GSH wre raised by 4. 99%-22.69% , 23.40%-69. 59% , 8.77%-28.58% , respectively, more than those in Eriocheir sinensis which was not treated, while free radical level decreased by 7.67%- 32. 86%. During the cultivation process, partial Eriocheir sinensis among CK group were ill. In addition, compared with CK group, small dose netron treated Eriocheir sinensis exhibited rapider growth speed and stronger resistance against adversity.
