摘要 色泽是化妆品用茶籽油的重要指标。我们研究了茶籽油精炼过程中色泽的变化特征、脱色的工艺条件以及操作环境对茶籽油色泽的影响。实验中得出的结论为:脱胶碱炼工序能够有效的降低茶籽油的色泽;茶籽油的最佳脱色工艺条件是:活性白土用量为3%,脱色温度为110℃,脱色时间为25 m in;真空状态下脱色比在常压力下操作能够更加有效的降低茶籽油的色泽。 Colors is an important indicator to CamiUia oil in cosmetics. The paper not only introduced the changes characters of colors in the process of refining and decolorization conditions of Camellia oil,but also described operating enviroment to the effects of colors of it. It is concluded from this experiment : Alkali refining and treting can improve the color of camellia. The best conditions of decolorization is activated clay being 3 percent,decolorization temperature being 110 ℃ while dccolorization time being 25 minutes. Dehydration and detreated under vacuum conditions to the colors of camellia is more effective with atmospheric conditions.
