Countermeasures of Operation Difficult in the 6～10kV Substation for Cable Outgioing Lines Switching-off

变电站6～10kV电缆出线刀闸因长年在室外使用，其传动部件常常锈蚀严重，因此造成刀闸操作困难的现象较为普遍。文章提出了在GG-1A-07型、GG-1AF2Z-07D型等开关柜内装设接地线带来的潜在安全隐患，同时分析了操作困难的原因，并给出了解决该问题的方法。

In the transformer substation, the isolators are put into use outside all the year round and their driving components are seriously rusted. And it is very difficult to operate the rusted isolator,which is a common phenomenon. The paper describes the hidden trouble which exists in connecting a ground wire in the oldfashioned cabinet such as GG-1A-07,GG-1AF2Z-07D, and analyzes the reason of operating difficultly. Meanwhile a way to solve the problem is given out.
