摘要
针对2007年咸宁供电公司实施无人值班技术改造项目,对继电保护班和自动化班两个二次专业班组,在执行公司"IPE"技术改造工作流程的具体项目实施过程中暴露出的多次协调问题和重复劳动问题,进行了深入思考和分析,提出了成立"大二次"班组来解决问题的思路。
In the year of 2007,unattended Construction of Xianning electric power supply company was put into effect. The article analysis the cooperation between relay teams and automation team. The suggestion of team merger to a ＂all secondary＂ is proposed.
