摘要
根据经济学原理,对发电商和用户的生产函数分别进行分析,确定可中断负荷赔偿价格的取值范围;再从社会效益最大化的角度出发,对不同类型用户的可中断负荷的赔偿价格进行研究。最后通过算例研究说明实施可中断负荷措施中存在的问题。
According to the economic theory,this paper analyses the production function of the power producer and the customer and obtains the range of the interruptible price. From the viewpoint of maximum of the social revenue,the paper studys the reimbursement price of different kinds of customers. Finally,an example is presented to reveal the problem in executing the interruptable measure.
