摘要
对锆合金在低倍腐蚀后所产生的皱折现象进行分析,对异常状态是否属于试样本身的缺陷进行讨论,同时探讨皱折现象形成的原因。分析表明:皱折现象是在制样过程中机械摩擦力作用下产生的,不属于试样本身的缺陷。通过实验结果分析,给出低倍判断的正确结论,有效指导实际工作,对从事锆合金高低倍金相检验工作人员提供借鉴和宝贵经验。
The wrinkle phenomenon of Zr-alloy is investigated in the macrostructure examination. Whether the abnormal state is the defect of the sample is discussed; meanwhile the formation reason of the wrinkle phenomenon is analyzed. Results show that the wrinkle phenomenon results from the effects of mechanical friction in the sample preparation course, which is not the defect of the sample itself. Through the experimental analysis, the correct conclusion of macrostructure examination is obtained, providing effective guidance to the actual work and experience to workers of metallography examination.
