摘要
XпT60轧机在轧制钛管时,管材表面出现摩擦痕,分析了轧机及轧辊的工作过程和出现摩擦痕的原因,提出了解决方案,经过实践验证切实可行。
Roiling friction marks appear on the surface of titanium tubes when they are rolled by XnT60 rolling machine. The working process of the rolling machine and the reason for the rolling friction marks' appearance are analyzed. The settlement scheme is presented, which is feasible after put into practice.
