Research on the Relationship between Resource Abundance and Regional Economy Development in Shandong Province

摘要以市域面板数据为基础,选用耕地资源,验证了1980-2006年山东省耕地资源丰度与区域经济发展的相关关系,研究表明:①"资源诅咒"现象在山东省内仍然成立,耕地资源丰度与区域经济发展水平呈现负相关关系。②遭遇"资源诅咒"的市处于"资源丰度—经济发展"坐标系的第Ⅳ象限,都位于鲁中、鲁西南地区。③自然资源对于经济增长的影响作用往往是通过多种机制共同作用的结果,山东"资源诅咒"的传导机制主要包括:"荷兰病"模型、制度效应、"挤出"效应和区位交通等方面的因素。最后对克服"资源诅咒"现象提出政策方面的建议。 Resource curse theory in economy development points out that rich resources tend to block but not promote economy development. Based on the comparison of different cities, this article choose stilth resource as example to inspect the relationship between resource abundance and economy development in different regions in Shan Dong province. Conclusions are as follows： The abundance of tilth resource has negative relation with regional development. ②The cities where resource occurs are in the Ⅳ quadrant of ＂resource-abundance and economy-development ＂coordinate system and most of them located in the western or middle of Shan Dang province. ③ There are many mechanisms acting together through which the natural resources affect the economy development .The mechanism of resource curse in Shan Dong province includes the Dutch Disease effect, the government system effect, the＂ extrusion effect＂ and the location ＆ transportation factors.
