Approches on Equivalence Translation From a Cultural Perspective

翻译是促进各族文化交流的重要渠道,也是人类社会交往的必要方式。本文对翻译文化观下的对等翻译进行了再剖析,简述了对等翻译理论的发展史,并就翻译过程中如何协调等与不等的矛盾提出了个人的见解。

Translation is a vital channel of cultural exchange between different nations, as well as an indispensable mode of human social communication. The present thesis attempts to reconsider this theory from a cultural sociological perspectives; a brife analysis of the history of equivalent translation and possible srategies for dealing with non-equivalence in translation practice are suggested as well.
