This article brings forward and explains ＂process model＂ of management is the essence for the ISO9000 quality management system. Through the adoption of ＂process model＂, higher vocational colleges can concern the quality of education services from the beginning, and ensure the formation of＂ market - education - employment＂ model by three mechanisms in higher vocational colleges. Thus the adaptability of ISO9000 quality management system in higher vocational colleges is certified.
