X波段相对论返波管卡诺枪设计

摘要 设计了一种用于X波段相对论返波管的电子枪,利用粒子模拟软件对整管进行测试,结果表明,这种电子枪能产生电流为4 kA电压为550 kV电子注,且具有使用寿命长,整管真空度高,性能好,可获得高重复频率输出等优点。获得了频率为10.34 GHz,微波峰值功率1.5 GW,转化效率为20%的微波输出。 An electron gun for X-band relativistic backward wave oscillator was presented in this paper. An electromagnetic particle-in-cell code is being used to investigate this device. The simulation results show that this device can generate 4 kA, 550 kV electron beams, has the characteristics such as long-life employ, high vacuum ratio and good performance, and can get high repetition frequency output. It can gain 1.5 GW peak power microwave at 10.34 GHz, the power efficiency is about 20%.
