粳型水稻高钙新品系功米1号的选育与营养评价

Breeding and nutrient evaluation on Japonica rice strain Gongmi 1 with high Ca content

以功亲1号为母本与云粳9号杂交，再在其杂交后代中，按系谱法经过多年选育成红米新品系功米1号。多点试验表明，其产量可达6508．5-11095．5kg／hm^2，较抗稻瘟病和白叶枯病。营养成分分析表明，其糙米Ca含量达254mg／kg，是普通米的1．5倍，还富含Fe、Zn和抗性淀粉，既是食用营养保健米，也是加工红色保健食品的理想原料。该品系植株高大，生长势强，在贫瘠土壤也能栽培收获，属大穗型，适宜在云南省海拔1000～1850m稻区种植。已向农业部申请植物新品种权保护。

The red rice strain Gongrni 1 was successfully bred from hybrid F1 of Gongqinl （ female parent,P1 ）×C57BL/6 Yunjing 9 （ a male parent ,P2）by pedigree method. The multi-spot experiment indicated that, the yield of Gongmi 1 could reach 6508.5 - 11095.5 kg/hm^2 and Gongmi 1 had the resistance to blast and white leaf blight. The nutrition ingredient analysis indicated that,the Ca content of the unpol- ished rice from Gongmi 1 was 254 mg/kg, reaching 1.5 times of that of ordinary rice, and Gongmi 1 contained rich Fe, Zn and the resistant starch. As a result, Gongmi lwas not only edible health care rice, but also the ideal raw material processed as red health foods. Gongqinl with tall plant, big ear and strong growth vigor could be cultivated in poor soil and was suitable for cultivation in the Yunnan Province with the elevation of 1000-1850 m.
