摘要 应用双标图对细胞核不育两系、细胞质不育三系及纯合基因型等9个甘蓝型优质油菜新品种(系)区试中的产量进行了分析。得到如下结果:9个参试种丰产性和稳定性较好的是细胞核不育两系组合99F108D、99F105D、99F103D和H03006;丰产性较好、稳定性差的是细胞质不育三系组合99F044D、99F099D、99F036D;丰产性差、稳定性好的是纯合基因型花油6号;丰产性和稳定性较差的是纯合基因型KT01。初步得出结论:在云南省特殊的立体气候条件下,考虑到丰产性和稳定性有机结合,应较好地发展细胞核不育两系组合。 Analysis of yields of 9 cole (Brassica napus L. ) varieties, including genie male sterility (GMS) hybrid varieties, cytoplasmic male-sterile (CMS) hybrid varieties, and pure bred lines by biplot showed: 99F108D,99F105D,99F103D and H03006 that belonged to ge- nie male sterility (GMS) hybrid varieties were the best in yield and stability, 99F044D ,99F099D and 99F036D that belonged to cytoplasmic male-sterile (CMS) hybrid varieties had good yield ,but no good stability. Huayou No. 6(pure bred line) was good in stability but not in yields. KT01 (pure bred line) had neither good yield nor good stability . The conclusions were as follows: based on the special tridimen- sional climate in Yunnan and the organic combination of the good yield and stability ,the genie male sterility (GMS) hybrid cole (Brassica napus L. ) varieties should get prior development.
