摘要
本文研究了稀土元素之一的镧元素(La)对灵芝菌丝体富集有机硒的影响。研究发现镧能有效促进灵芝富集有机硒,用灵芝富硒液体培养基[以1L计,麸皮5%、葡萄糖3%、蛋白胨0.3%、七水硫酸镁0.1%、磷酸二氢钾0.15%、VB10.005%、Na2SeO3100 mg.L-1,La(NO3)3100 mg.L-1]培养灵芝菌丝体,灵芝菌丝体总富硒量最高为88120μg/L,比未加镧元素的增加28536μg/L。
The influence of rare earth element lanthanide on that Ganoderma lucidum mycelium enriched the organic selenium was studied. The results showed that lanthanide can effectively promote C, anoderma lucidurn myeelium enriching organic selenium. The total selenium-enriched content of C, anoderma lucidum mycelium that could reach 88120 μg/L on the selenium-enriched liquid medium with 5 % wheat bran, 3 %, 0.3 % glucose, 0.1% MgSO4·7H2O, 0.15 % KH2PO4,0.005% VB1, 100 mg·L^-1Na2SeO3 and 100 mg·L^-1 La ( NO3 ) 3, was more 28536 μg/L than that on the medium with no lanthanide.
