摘要
以高秆籼稻品种南京6号(对照)、含不同半矮秆主基因的籼稻品种南京11、南充一枝腊、新泰矮、新桂矮、双矮为材料,研究了不同半矮秆主基因对GA3、ABA的敏感性及其与过氧化物酶的关系。半矮秆品种第1叶鞘对GA3的敏感性明显强于苗高对GA3的反应,随着处理时间的延长,幼苗对GA3的反应加强,半矮秆基因在苗期对GA3的敏感性强弱顺序为:sd-1>sd-n(t)>sd-t(t)≈Sd-1>sd-g。sd-g基因在sd-1对GA3的反应中有抑制作用。不同半矮秆基因对ABA的敏感性有差异,但差异不大,其中sd-g对ABA较敏感。GA3、ABA对不同半矮秆基因的拮抗效应不同,对GA310mg/kg+ABA5mg/kg敏感性强弱顺序为sd-g>sd-n(t)>sd-1sd-g>sd-1>sd-t(t)≈Sd-1。在GA3、ABA的相互逆转中,GA3促进效应逐渐大于ABA抑制效应。在酶活性方面,5日龄高秆品种幼苗过氧化物酶活性低于矮秆品种,对GA3反应时过氧化物酶活性均下降,且下降百分率的高低顺序与各品种对GA3不同敏感性一致;对ABA反应时过氧化物酶活性显著提高,对ABA强敏感的品种过氧化物酶活力最高,酶活性增加百分率也是最?
