芜湖市社会体育指导员技术等级培养与使用现状研究

Investigation and Research on Public Social Sports Instructors of Wuhu City

采用问卷调查和实地访谈等方法,对芜湖市实施社会体育指导员技术等级现状进行了调查.结果表明:芜湖市社会体育指导员技术等级的数量、文化程度、专业素质等与当前社会发展中的群众体育人口增长需求有一定的差距;同时,技术过于单一、再学习与培训不够等结构性问题日渐突出.结论认为:总体数量与体育人口的增长以及芜湖市社区居民健身需求差距逐渐增大.为此,提出相应对策与建议,以便为社会体育指导员队伍的建设与发展提供一定参考.

Through survey and interviews a full investigation and research has been made on social sports instructors present status of Wuhu City. The results showed that the number of social sports instructors and their educational and professional level have not satisfied the damand for the current social development of sports population. At the same time, the other problems such as their single technology and unspecific classification have increasingly been prominent. In this paper, some corresponding strategies have been put forward which maybe offer some useful advices for the future building and development of social sports instructors.
