摘要
小叶丁香(Syringa pubescensTurcz)为木樨科丁香属植物。以小叶丁香的带花芽的茎段为外植体进行组培时,其初代培养时的培养基选择MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LIBA时,其分化率高、长势好;继代培养时的培养基选择MS+1.0mg/L6-BA+0.1mg/LIBA时,其腋芽增殖数最高,试管苗长势好。初继代培养基的pH值均确定为6.1,含糖量均为3%,琼脂粉用量均为0.8%。
Syr/nga pubescens Turcz is a kind of genus syringa of oleaceae family. Differentiation rate is high and growth vigor is good when taking stem of flower bud as explant in tissue culture and choosing MS ＋ 1.0mg/L6 - BA ＋ O. 1 mg/LIBA as medium during sub- culture. When MS ＋ 1.0mg/L6 - BA ＋0. lmg/LIBA is chosen as the medium, the axillary shoots number comes to maximum, the pla- ntlet growth is good. When the pH value is determined as 6. 1, sugar content is 3% and agar powder amount is O. 8 percent.
