This paper discusses the way to further strengthen macro control, clear away systematic and mechanic obstacles which re- strict college graduates＇ employment facing basic units on the basis of full development of talent resources. It also expounds on the longterm mechanism which adapts to market system, so as to guarantee the employment work of the graduates.
