在高等教育从精英教育向大众教育转变的背景下,地方性高校必须实现人才培养目标从学历教育到能力本位的战略转移,更加注重提高学生的学习能力、职业(就业)能力和创业能力,这已成为地方性高校推进教育教学改革的重要方向。

Under background of transition of higher education from super talents education to popular education, local institutions of higher learning must change their goal from training students with degrees to fostering students with actual abilities. They should attach more importance to raising students＇ abilities in learning, employment and innovation, which has become an important direction to boost educational reform for local institutions of higher learning.
