摘要
文章介绍了预制夯扩桩产生的背景。综合夯扩桩和管桩的优点形成了一种新的桩基形式。新桩型和传统桩型相比,具有施工简单,更加经济的优点。并提出了预制夯扩管桩施工的新工艺。同时结合实际工程,详细介绍了采用预制夯扩管桩的施工要点。并在工程中进行了基桩测试试验,得到了单桩竖向极限承载力。试验结果表明,其单桩竖向承载力满足设计要求。
In this paper, the background of rammed pedestal pipe pile is introduced. Combined with the merits of both rammed pedestal pile and pipe pile, a new form of foundation is produced. In comparison of traditional form of foundation, the new form of foundation is easier in construction and more economical. While combining the actual engineering, the construction points are decelerated which adopt Rammed Pedestal Pipe Pile. At the same time, the Rammed Pedestal Pipe Pile in some engineering was tested, and the ultimate vertical bearing capacity of single pile was obtained. The testing result shows that the ultimate vertical bearing capacity of single pile satisfies the requirement of design.
