电热还原蓝晶石制取铝硅合金的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文介绍以蓝晶石精矿为原料,电热法制取铝硅合金的试验结果。试验在100kW直流矿热电弧炉上进行。研究了电炉电参数、炉料的配碳量等对还原反应的影响。试验结果表明,电热还原蓝晶石精矿制取含铝60%左右的铝硅合金是可行的。采用直流矿热电弧炉有益于抑制炉底上涨。炉料的配碳量是影响还原反应和炉底上涨的重要因素,适宜的配碳量为94%~96%,配碳量过高容易引起炉底上涨。 The experiment of preparation of Al-Si alloys by electrothermal reduction process of kyanite was carried out in a 100kW DC arc furnace The effects of electric parameters of the furnace, carbon ratio of furnace burden and so on, on reducing reactions were studied It was found that preparation of AlSi alloys containing about 60 percent of aluminium by reducing kyanite is feasible DC arc furnace is beneficial to restrain the furnace bottom rise The carbon ratio of furnace burden is a considerable factor affecting the bottom rise The suitable carbon ratio is in the range of 94-96 percent, and higher carbon ratio may cause bottom rise
