摘要
本文介绍以蓝晶石精矿为原料,电热法制取铝硅合金的试验结果。试验在100kW直流矿热电弧炉上进行。研究了电炉电参数、炉料的配碳量等对还原反应的影响。试验结果表明,电热还原蓝晶石精矿制取含铝60%左右的铝硅合金是可行的。采用直流矿热电弧炉有益于抑制炉底上涨。炉料的配碳量是影响还原反应和炉底上涨的重要因素,适宜的配碳量为94%~96%,配碳量过高容易引起炉底上涨。
