摘要 根据烷基叔胺萃取处理氰化浸金贫液的新工艺,设计一套日处理500L贫液的半工业规模的系统。在山东莱州黄金冶炼厂连续进行了120h的试验,试验验证了工艺研究中所提出的各项工艺参数,各项指标均达到要求,萃取设备运行正常。本试验为工业设计提供了依据。 he pilot plant test for new process of treating poor goldbearing liquor from gold metallurgy plant by solvent extraction with N235 has been undertaken The solvent extraction operation is carried out in new type of centrifugal contactors made in INET, Tsinghua University Two centrifugal contactors are used to extract zinc and another four are used to extract copper The flow rate of liquor is 20l/h Copper and zinc are recovered from the loaded solvent by stripping with alkaline Through 120 hours’ continuous operation, the results show that the raffinate contains less than 0.2g/l metals and the stripped copper solution has concentration more than 35g/l, and that the new type of centrifugal contactors displays satisfactory extraction performance, safety and easy of operation The pilot plant tests provide sufficient design data for the fullsized plant design
