十二烷基磺酸钠对氯化钙和水玻璃溶液的渗透性影响 被引量:1

摘要 采用正向渗透试验方法测定了氯化钙和水玻璃溶液添加十二烷基磺酸钠后溶液在粉尘中的渗透规律。结果表明:对于重量比5%、15%、25%的Ca-Cl2溶液,十二烷基磺酸钠的适宜添加量分别为0.3%~0.5%、0.2%~0.5%、0.2%~0.5%,此时溶液的渗透能力可分别提高约10%、10%、15%。对于重量比5%、15%、25%的水玻璃溶液,十二烷基磺酸钠的适宜添加量为0.2%~0.4%、0.3%~0.4%、0.5%~0.6%,此时溶液的渗透能力可分别提高25%、20%、22%。该结果对有效利用氯化钙和水玻璃进行固土抑尘具有重要意义。 By using a downward penetration test device, experiments had been made to investigate the effects of sodium dodecyl sulfonate (CH_3(CH_2)_ 11 SO_3Na) on the penetration ability in four dust samples and the surface tension of the calciun chloride and water glass solutions The results showed that sodium dodecyl sulfonate can enhance the penetration ability and decrease the surface tension of the calcium chloride and water glass solutions in some extent For calcium chloride solutions of 5 wt %, 15 wt % and 25 wt %, the satisfactory addition of sodium dodecyl sulfonate is 0.3~0.5 wt %, 0.2~0.5wt, % and 0.2~0.5 wt %, respectively, and in this way the penetration ability of the solutions can enhance 10%, 10% and 15% For water glass solutions of 5 wt %, 15 wt % and 25 wt %, the suitable addition of sodium dodecyl sulfonate is 0.2~0.4 wt %, 0.3~0.4 wt % and 0.5~0.6% wt % respectively, and the penetration ability of the solutions can enhance 25%, 20% and 22% The achieved conclusions are great significant for calcium chloride and water glass to be applied in the fields of stabilized soil and dust raising control
