从高校日语专业建设与人才培养方案的落实中探求日语专业课程改革的途径

Exploring the Approach to the Reformation on Curriculum of Japanese Specialty in Universities from the Perspective of Construction of Japanese Specialty and Implementation of Talents-cultivating Project

我国与日本一衣带水，历史文化极为相似，与日本有着不可分割的历史渊源，目前日资企业众多，高校日语专业云集，毕业生就业情况看似良好，但就业压力逐年递增，如何紧跟时代发展，把握市场需求，建设具有自我特色的日语专业，培养出适应社会发展需求的专业人才，是日语学科建设的首要任务。本文以青岛科技大学日语专业课程改革为例，从课程改革与人才培养，教学实践与人才培养等方面，论述了在高校日语专业建设、落实人才培养方案的过程中，课程改革的重要性，力求摸索出日语专业课程改革的途径。

China and Japan share a similar history and culture with only a narrow strip of water＇ s distance, which has a great amount of corporations invested by Japanese. The Students of Japanese specialty seem to have a good prospect on employment. So the Japanese Specialty is set up in many universities in Shandong province. On the contrary, this causes pressure on employment. It has become the fundamental task of the Japanese education construction to consider the approach to keep pace with the era＇s development, satisfy the market＇s needs, construct a characteristic Japanese speciahy and cultivate professional talents that can meet the market＇s demands greatly. This paper is taking the curriculum reform of Japanese specialty in Qingdao University of Science ＆ Technology as an example, discussing the importance of implementing the talent-cultivating project in the construction of Japanese specialty from aspects as curriculum reformation and talent cultivating, teaching and talent cultivating and so on.
