摘要
荧光光谱测量在现代科学实验、生物医学、物理化学、空间天文、环境监测、工农业生产、国防领域等起着举足轻重的作用。在荧光发射光谱的测量中发现了倍波现象,结合了光谱仪的工作原理,对该现象进行了理论分析,给出了光谱测量中倍波现象的产生机理。从分离重级光谱的角度设计了光谱分级器,以消除光谱测量中的倍波现象。
The measurement of the fluorescence spectrum is very important in the fields of modern experimental science, bio-medical, physical chemistry, space astronomy, environmental monitoring, industrial and agricultural production, national defense and so on. The effect of multi-wavelength, which has been found during the measurement of fluorescence spectrum, is analyzed on the measurement principle of spectrograph. The reasons of the multi-wavelength of light overlap when the spectrum of fluorescence is measured also have been discussed. And the equipment used to eliminate multi-wavelength effect has been designed in view of spectral classification.
